What happened last week
Hi, I’m back. I decided to take two weeks off and spend as least time using my computer as possible.
During those two weeks, I spent time with my family, cycled, drank amazing coffee, and played Baldur’s Gate 3.
I waited 20 years for Baldur’s Gate 3. I bought the Early Access when it was announced but decided I won’t play it until the full release. And you know what? Larian did an amazing job - this is how games should be made. There are some minor bugs, but it’s a solid 10/10. I’m already in the 3rd Act, but I’m already planning my next playthrough. This time with dark urge enabled.
I also learned that I will speak at two events:
I’m really proud of this and happy to share my knowledge about headless WordPress.

Big Announcement: Eleventy And CloudCannon! — Zach Leatherman
Some time ago, Netlify decided not to sponsor Eleventy anymore. It was a bad decision from Netlify, in my opinion. Luckily CloudCannon stepped in, and they became an official Eleventy Partner. This means that Zach can still work on Eleventy full-time.

Balancing technical debt with feature implementation for long-term success. — Anna Szałkiewicz
Anna wrote an interesting article explaining how to balance technical debt and add features. We all know what it looks like - a client wants a new feature quickly, we introduce it in a far-from-perfect way because of lack of time, and voilà - we got ourselves a nice piece of technical debt sitting in our code.
A Blog Post With Every HTML Element — Patrick Weaver
Patrick did an amazing job writing this post and explaining every HTML tag there is. There are so many of them that I never even heard of.
